SPACEWOW was founded by industry veteran Ettore Botta and specializes in the distribution of TV programs and films to both domestic and international markets. We have made license deals with major broadcasters like PBS, Starz, ORF, GSN, ZDF, AMC, SABC, HHK, and Globo. In collaboration with MEDIANETWORK / LIONRUN, we have also distributed content to major Italian network RAI.
SPACEWOW has collaborated with Emmy-award winning producers to develop both scripted and unscripted content. Based in Los Angeles, SPACEWOW has built a strong presence in the international market, acting as the primary sales and distribution partner in Los Angeles for World Wide Entertainment (Australia).
We have also marketed animation programs in partnership with companies such as Animundi Studio in Italy and Jonas & Co in Hollywood, including Sparky & Carmela, Jurassic Cubs, and The Future is Wild.
Ettore Botta, the company’s president, has an extensive background in entertainment sales and marketing, having served as VP of Sales at Sandra Carter Productions before founding SPACEWOW.
Originally from Italy, Ettore's career began in Africa, where he produced award-winning documentaries worldwide for BBC Panorama and The National Geographic Society.
